Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and hosts:

  • Full Refund
    Cancel at least
    14 days before your scheduled check‑in time for a 100% refund of your accommodation charges (cleaning fee retained).
  • Partial Refund
    Cancel between
    7 and 14 days before check‑in for a 50% refund of your accommodation charges (cleaning fee retained).
  • No Refund
    Cancel less than
    7 days before check‑in, or in the event of a no‑show, and no refund will be issued.
  • Cleaning Fee
    The cleaning fee is non‑refundable in all cases.
  • Booking Changes
    Any date changes are subject to availability. If you move to a higher‑priced date range, you’ll be charged the difference. If you move to a lower‑priced date range, the price difference is non‑refundable.
